Bing Wants To Feature Your Best Summer Photo — No Keg Stands, Please
It may sound kind of silly, but when I talk to people outside of the tech world about Bing, the first thing brought up is usually how they like the pictures. And now Microsoft has created a contest on Facebook to let one user get their own picture featured on Bing.
Bing Keeps Its Foot On The Gas, Adds Tweets To Results
Bing is something of a rarity for Microsoft these days: It’s a product that actually has good natural buzz. And for good reason too, it’s a solid product. For certain queries, it seems more useful than even, yes, Google.
Microsoft Starts Officially Tweeting
It’s Twitter day at Microsoft, apparently. Not only did the software giant announce that it would start adding tweets to its Bing search results, the company actually started officially using Twitter today.
New Logo For MySpace: No Longer A Place For Friends
From the “rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic file”: The new MySpace exec team has promised changes (”we have…laid the groundwork for an exciting new chapter of innovation for MySpace”). And they’re delivering. A couple of hours ago they changed the MySpace logo.

YMSB -10/08/99 Mike n' Molly's; Champaign, IL - THE first show with Noam! - barely circulated
I've recorded YMSB many times over the past ten years. This is the first of a series of uploads. The first few are shows few have heard before now. In fact, this one isn't even listed in the etree db. This is the only source for this show. This place is a very small bar and the acoustics leave something to be desired but this doesn't sound too bad. This is a fresh transfer from the master DAT; other circulating copies have a different lineage.
