Believe me, it was the first time in my entire life that I saw such a sight !!! 10 km away from Parga, there seems to be a large lake which cannot be really called a lake !!! I personally call it the "water lillies' lake" because as you can see, it is almost completely covered with water lillies. A beautiful, natural phenomenon that looks as if it is a product of deliberate human intervention. I only wish I had visited this place at a different period, where the lake would have been covered not simply by green leaves, but from beautiful flowers. What a sight would that be !!!!

I Facchini di Santa Rosa sono il motore della Macchina Omonima,una torre illuminata da fiaccole e luci elettriche alta circa trenta metri e pesante cinque tonnellate.
Essi indossano la caratteristica divisa bianca con cintura rossa stretta in vita e uno speciale copricapo rivestito in cuoio.
Oltre ai facchini veri e propri a VT si tiene il trasposto della mini macchina di Santa Rosa trasportata dai mini facchini che vedete qui ritratti mentre sflano orgogliosamente per le vie del centro storico.
